1 1 I concur with the result herein as it is limited to the constitutionality of the Grand Jury for the limited purpose of the criminal matter before the Grand Jury. I still have grave reservations as to the jurisdiction of the "Multicounty Grand Jury" as it relates to handling single-county matters that do not affect Oklahoma County; that is for another day.
