THE COURT.

On this petition for rehearing petitioner contends among other things, that this court has granted affirmative relief to the estate of Hooper, at least as to the bank account. The opinion does not have that effect. The opinion notes that the bank account is a “joint bank account.” The legal effect of the reversal is to leave the parties in exactly the position where they were before suit was filed. As to the bank account, if it was a joint bank account before suit was filed, it remains a joint bank account now.
