concurring in results.

I concur in the results of the majority, but I write to confirm my position on the allegation the Information prosecuted in this case did not confer jurisdiction on the trial court.

I still maintain the position I took in Parker v. State, 917 P.2d 980 (OH.Cr.1996). I assert that the reasoning I expressed therein applies to this case and an affirmance is warranted but not for the reasons expressed by the majority.
