I concur with Mr. Justice Black’s alternative suggestion that the order of the trial court dismissing the bill of complaint should be affirmed but that the case be remanded to the trial court with leave to amend in accordance with CL 1948, § 650.18 (Stat Ann .1943 Rev § 27.2608).
