Gatecliff v. Great Republic Life Insurance ( 1991 )

Menu:
  • CORCORAN, Justice,

    dissenting:

The plaintiffs insist upon suing the wrong corporation in the wrong state. Arizona is hosting litigation by California residents against a Washington corporation. The target of the litigation is actually a wholly-owned subsidiary of that corporation, which is incorporated and doing business in California. The venue of this litigation should be California where the plaintiffs reside and where the California corporation issued the policy.
