I respectfully dissent. I believe this Court was correct in holding in Ex parte Ramiro Saldana, Nos. 13-01-360-CR, 13-01-361-CR, 2002 TexApp. LEXIS 536, at *3-7, 2002 WL 91331, at *l-*3 (TexApp.-Corpus Christi, January 24, 2002)(not designated for publication) that we have no jurisdiction over an appeal of the denial of a motion for bail reduction. Accordingly, I would dismiss the present appeal for want of jurisdiction.
