    Dissenting Justice.

    I must respectfully dissent from the majority opinion because the clear language *466of KRS 355.2-318 extends an implied warranty to household guests of the buyers such as the Taylors. The facts of this case indicate that the warranty claimed by the Taylors is not barred and that the trial judge erred by dismissing it. Consequently, I would remand this matter for further proceedings on the merits of the warranty claimed by the Taylors.
