Opinion After Filing of Remittitur

Appellee having filed a remittitur as suggested by former opinion of this court, the judgment of the Trial Court is reformed in conformity with said remittitur, and as reformed is affirmed. All costs of appeal to date of remittitur are assessed against ap-pellee.
