O’NIELL, Chief Justice. The defendant is appealing from a conviction and sentence for the crime of grand larceny, and for being a second offender. There is no hill of exception nor assignment of error, and no error apparent on the face of the record; hence no ground for the defendant’s asking for an annulment of the conviction or sentence.
The conviction and sentence are affirmed.
