On rehearing, the court finds from an examination of the record in this case, and the authorities submitted, thereon, that the plaintiff in error is not entitled to the recovery of’ any interest, and the same_^ is disallowed, and the original opinion is modified in this respect; otherwise said opinion is in all things adhered to.

We dissent from the conclusions reached in the original' opinion in their entirety, and. concur in the memorandum opinion only wherein the interest is disallowed.
