concurring.

I concur in the judgment and opinion of the court. A review of the entire proceedings before the district court makes it clear that Mr. Savage’s plea was entered knowingly and voluntarily. The defendant’s concern was achieving a favorable application of the sentencing guidelines — not disputing the essential factual allegations of the indictment.
