PER CURIAM:
1Our mandate in this case modified the final judgment of the district court and directed further proceedings in accordance therewith. The appellee properly calls to our attention that the mandate contained no instructions with respect to the allowance of interest as required by Fed.R.App.P. 37. Accordingly, we amend our mandate by adding the following language:
2The district court shall determine all matters of interest on the judgment entered on remand in accordance with the equities established in such final judgment.
