It having been called to our attention by the motion for rehearing that the general grounds of the motion for new trial, though not referred to in the original brief of plaintiff in error, are insisted upon in a supplemental brief, we have substituted the following in lieu of the ninth headnote in the decision rendered on January 18, ,1934: “There is no merit in the first three grounds of the motion for a new trial.” Rehearing denied.
