Per Curiam, It unanswerably appears in the opinion of the learned auditing judge disallowing the claim of the appellant for extra compensation, and in the opinion of the court dismissing the exceptions to the adjudication, that his claim ought not to have been allowed, and, on those opinions, his appeal is dismissed at his costs.
