Per Curiam, This case was for the jury, who were correctly instructed by the learned trial judge that the plaintiff could not recover unless they found that the proximate cause of the accident which resulted in the injuries to her decedent was the hole in the street. They so found, and the assignments of error must be dismissed.
Judgment affirmed.
