(concurring in part and dissenting in parí). I concur with the findings of fact and conclusions of law in the per curiam opinion, but dissent from the sanction imposed. I would impose the sanction recommended by the dissenting opinion of the Judicial Tenure Commission, a thirty-day suspension without pay.
