    (concurring specially).

    [¶ 60.] I concur specially to point out that prohibiting the Defendant from owning or possessing a computer may be excessive punishment. The Defendant is required to submit at any time or place to a loarrantless search and seizure and his computer can therefore be frequently searched and even continually monitored. A personal computer is frequently a necessity in today’s life and business. This *306portion of the sentence is unreasonable and should be vacated.
