    Per Curiam:

    Witnesses cannot be paid out of the county treasury, unless so directed by Act of Assembly. Although this view may sometimes operate harshly on a witness, yet the remedy is with the Legislature. The learned judge interpreted the statute correctly. His opinion sustains the judgment.

    Judgment affirmed.
