Pee Cubiam, We find nothing in the record of this case that would justify a reversal or modification of the decree. We are all of opinion that the learned auditor’s findings of fact, and conclusions of law are substantially correct, and, for reasons given by him in his report, the decree of the court of common pleas, based thereon, should not be disturbed.
Decree affirmed, and appeal dismissed at appellants’ costs.
