Per Curiam: There was no error in ordering the compulsory nonsuit nor in refusing to take the same off. It is clear that the plaintiff was a fellow servant with the others who were engaged in performing the same general work. The plaintiff had ample opportunity of knowing the kind of work being done above him, and his consequent danger.
Judgment affirmed.
