Per Curiam: The able and ingenious argument of the learned counsel for appellant has failed to convince us that there was any error in construing the will of Ambrose White. For reasons given in the opinion of the court below, we think the provisions of that instrument, so far as they relate to the present contention, were rightly construed, and the decree should not be disturbed.
Decree affirmed on the opinion of the court below, and appeal dismissed, at the costs of appellant.
