The Supreme Court affirmed the decision of the Court below, on Feb. 11th, 1884, in the following opinion:
Per Curiam. No one of the specifications of error is sustained. Under all the evidence the question of negligence was for the jury to determine. The Court was therefore right in refusing to affirm any of the points submitted by the plaintiff in error.
Judgment affirmed.
