HOLLAND, District Judge.

The referee’s findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation are approved, and the exceptions thereto are dismissed. And now, to wit, December 16, 1905, it is directed that the specifications of objection to the discharge of the said bankrupts are dismissed, and a decree discharging said bankrupts is directed to be entered, upon filing proper papers showing a conformity with all legal requirements.
