Per Curiam,

The parties to this action agreed upon the controlling facts in the form of a case stated, which was submitted to the court below and was disposed of by the learned trial judge in an opinion which covers every phase of the questions involved in t'he assignments of error.

We consider the opinion self-sustaining, and for the reasons given therein the judgment is affirmed.
