    The Chief Justice had granted an order restraining the enforcement of a judgment pending this appeal. On the regular call of the cause on the docket, the appellant failed to appear, whereupon, on motion of J. E. Davis, for respondent, the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution, and the injunction order heretofore granted was dissolved.
