    The State, Respondent,

    v.

    Ranger O. Alvizures, Appellant.

    Appeal From Spartanburg County
    J. Derham Cole, Circuit Court Judge

    Unpublished Opinion No. 2011-UP-248
    Submitted May 1, 2011 – May 24, 2011

    APPEAL DISMISSED

Chief Appellate Defender Robert M. Dudek, of Columbia, for Appellant.

Attorney General Alan Wilson, Chief Deputy Attorney General John W. McIntosh, Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley W. Elliott, all of Columbia; and Solicitor Barry Barnette, of Spartanburg, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM:  Ranger O. Alvizures appeals his conviction for accessory after the fact to the crime of murder.  Alvizures argues the trial court erred in refusing to conduct an in-camera review of the assistant solicitor's notes, which could have revealed a Brady violation.  After a thorough review of the record and counsel's brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss the appeal and grant counsel's motion to be relieved.[1]

    APPEAL DISMISSED.

FEW, C.J., CURETON, A.J., and GOOLSBY, A.J., concur.

[1] We decide this case without oral argument pursuant to Rule 215, SCACR.
