(dissenting). After an examination tof the record in this -dase, I ¡believe that the findings of fact and judgment of the triali court are fully sustained by the evidence; and1 certainly there is -not such a preponderance of evidence against ithe findings that this court is 'warranted1 in reversing the judgment on the ground of the insufficiency of the evidence.
