OPINION ON PETITION TO REHEAR

The defendant insurance company has filed a petition to rehear in which it ea, - nestly insists that we reconsider and recede from our opinion. The arguments in the petition to rehear are the same as those that were made in the defendant’s brief.

We are of opinion that the Chancellor correctly decided the case. Accordingly we must overrule the petition to rehear.
