Having reviewed the record and the parties’ arguments, the Court holds that there was reversible error in the order granting the petition for bill of review and in the divorce decree. Therefore, the Court reverses the trial court’s order granting appellee’s petition for bill of review, vacates the decree of divorce, and renders judgment reinstating the May 2015 divorce decree. Appellee shall pay all costs relating to this appeal, both in this Court and in the court below.
