On October 26, 2015, the court reporter, Herminia Torres, filed a notification of late record. The court extended the deadline to file the reporter’s record to November 25, 2015. On November 29, 2015, Herminia Torres filed a second notification of late record stating that she anticipates the record will be completed by December 4, 2015. We construe the notification as a request for a second extension of time to file the reporter’s record, and grant the request.
