Gonzalez Original Mandamus Proceeding 1 ORDER On September 2, 2014, relators Adan Volpe Properties, Ltd., Maricela Volpe and Juan Gonzalez filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary stay. The court has considered relator’s petition, the response and reply of the parties, and has determined that relators are entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is CONDITIONALLY GRANTED. TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(c). The Honorable Elma T.
