    Trial Court Cause No. 2000-17315

MEMORANDUM OPINIONAppellants Dan Harweck and Lisa Hartweck have neither established indigence, nor paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk’s fee for preparing the clerk’s record. See Tex. R.
