The sentence was imposed on April 9, 2014, and Finn filed his notice of appeal on August 22, 2014. Finn’s notice of appeal is untimely. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2(a)(1). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.1 1 A motion for rehearing may be filed within 15 days after the judgment or order of this Court is rendered. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.1.
