I dissent. I would hold that the notice furnished Sylvia Syler by Ford Motor Credit Company adequately performed the required duty prescribed by Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. Ann. art. 5069-7.06(3), and therefore complied with Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-8.01(cX2).
