The sentence was imposed on September 3, 2009, and Moore filed his notice of appeal on June 11, 2013. Moore’s notice of appeal is untimely. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2(a)(1). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. 1 1 A motion for rehearing may be filed within 15 days after the judgment or order of this Court is rendered. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.1.
