On October 18, 2022, the court reporter filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time to file the record until October 29, 2022. After consideration, we GRANT the request and ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter’s record by October 31, 2022. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c). It is so ORDERED on October 20, 2022.
