TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. The reporter’s record was originally due September 19, 2022, but was not filed. On October 3, 2022, we ordered the court reporter to file the reporter’s record by October 13, 2022, but it was not filed. Accordingly, we ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter’s record by October 28, 2022. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c). In the unforeseen event that the court reporter does not comply with this order, we may be required to initiate contempt proceedings. It is so ORDERED on October 19, 2022.
