Appellant perfected hisappeal on 7 April 2015, when he filed a Notice ofAppeal with the 425th Judicial District Court of Williamson County, Texas. The judgment from which the appeal was taken was entered on 7 January 2015 in Cause No. 12-1050-F425, styled In the Matter ofthe Marriage ofJoe Alton Greer and Rebecca Rodriguez Greer, in the 425th Judicial District Court of Williamson County, Texas. B. Grounds 2. On 22 April 2015, the trial court granted a new trial in this case and signed an Order on Petitioner's Motionfor New Trial setting aside the judgment entered on 7 January 2015. C. Conclusion 3. In light ofthe granting of the new trial in this case, this appeal is moot and should be dismissed. D. Prayer 4.
