See Baggiolini v. Baggiolini, No. 05-22-01251-CV,
2023 WL 2259174, at *1 (Tex. App.—Dallas Feb. 28, 2023, pet. denied) (mem. op.). A party cannot appeal the same judgment twice. See Neuse v. Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, No. 13-19-00234-CV,
2019 WL 3331643, at *2 (Tex. App.—Corpus Christi– Edinburg July 25, 2019, pet. denied) (mem. op.). Although appellant filed a letter brief at our request, nothing therein demonstrates our jurisdiction over this appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See TEX. R. APP.
