See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). No opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). Accordingly, we grant appellant’s agreed motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a); 43.2(f).
