Conviction for driving an automobile on a public highway while intoxicated ; punishment, a fine of $100 and 30 days in the county jail.

The record is here without any statement of facts or bills of exception. The charge of the court, the indictment, etc., seem regular.

No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
