HAWKINS, Presiding Judge. Upon appellant’s plea of guilty before the court — all formalities of the statute being complied with — he was convicted of cattle theft and his punishment assessed at two years in the penitentiary.
No bills of exception or statement of facts are found in the record, in which condition nothing is presented for review.
The judgment is affirmed.
