The appeal is from a sentence of, seven years in the penitentiary on a charge of theft from the person.

The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. The proceedings appear regular. There are no objections to the court’s charge. Nothing is presented for our consideration.

The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
