We think the case of Ex parte Merrill, 150 Tex.Crim. R.,201 S.W.2d 232, and others which lay stress on the fact of no prompt complaint of the alleged assault having been made, have no application here. There is no claim of forcible ravishment.

The motion for rehearing is overruled.
