Conviction is for the possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale, with the punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year. Appellant makes known to this court, by his affidavit filed herein, that he desires to withdraw his appeal. Complying therewith, dismissal thereof is ordered.
