The conviction is for the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year. The record is before this court without statement of facts or bills of exceptions. The indictment appears regular. No fundamental error haying been perceived or pointed out, the judgment is affirmed.
