Upon a charge of murder, appellant was convicted of manslaughter; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of five years. The indictment appears regular. The record is before this court without statement of facts or bills of exceptions. No fundamental error having been perceived, the judgment is affirmed.
