DAVIDSON, P. J. Appellant was convicted of theft and allotted three years in the penitentiary. The record is before us without a statement of facts or hill of exceptions. As the case is presented by the motion for new trial, there is nothing that can be revised without the evidence and bills of exception. The judgment will be affirmed.
