    ORDER CONCLUDING PROCEEDINGS1
    On January 6, 2021, Noel Fie filed a petition for compensation under the National
    Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. § 300aa—10 through 34.2 Petitioner
    alleged that she suffered an adverse reaction to an influenza vaccination that she
    received on October 28, 2019. Petition at 2. On January 13, 2021, Petitioner submitted
    a notice of voluntary dismissal acknowledging that this case was a duplicate of an
    earlier case (no. 20-1896V) filed by a different attorney of record.
    In light of Petitioner’s “notice of dismissal at any time before service of
    respondent’s report” pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a), this case is dismissed without
    prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
