I have great doubt as to the correctness of the conclusion reached in McMaster v. Advance Thresher Co., 10 Wn. 147,38 P. 670, and the other cases following it. But they have been the law of this jurisdiction so long that it would seem inadvisable, particularly on such a question as is involved here, to overrule them. I therefore concur in the foregoing opinion.
